My Home - Part II
A COMMUNITY MURAL PROJECT
REFUGEE HOME IN FRAUENFELD, SWITZERLAND
Together with refugees from the Peregrina Foundation, we painted the beautiful memory of their homeland.
“Thank you, you are such good and lovely people. Thank you for allowing us to paint together.”
“I painted myself when I was a teenager in Afghanistan. That felt very good. I loved playing volleyball.”
“We live here in a prison, but you came to paint with us and change this place into something more beautiful.”
“When you’re here it feels like normality. I get up and I see you working. Something is created. I can take part, watch and everyone is doing something.”
