We ship from St.Gallen within Switzerland and to all of Europe.

We're a small nonprofit team and pack every order ourselves alongside our community projects. We usually send orders within 1 week. If our team is away for a project, it may take a little longer, and we'll let you know here on this page. Delivery within Europe usually takes 5 to 10 working days, as parcels from Switzerland also go through customs. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll get an email from us. Thanks for your patience!

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and are calculated at checkout. Within Switzerland, shipping starts at CHF 5, and to the rest of Europe it starts at CHF 10.

Since we ship from Switzerland, orders to countries outside Switzerland (including the EU) may be charged import taxes or customs fees by your local authorities. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our hands and are paid by the recipient.

Of course. If something doesn't fit or you're not happy, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and in their original condition. (Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.) Just write to us and we'll sort it out together.
